First I want to welcome you to my website! I am so glad that I can reach more of you who are seeking growth and wellness and are ready to stop running from the past but rather are willing to let it go and discover your true potential. I love working with people and always have. I have been a counselor in some way or another my whole life but officially for the last fifteen years. This includes the work I did in several mental health agencies before opening my private practice in 1999. I have pride in the years I have spent working with people from many diverse backgrounds for various problems. I treat people from a holistic framework, which means I address how the presenting problem is operating on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels. My holistic approach might include hypnotherapy or cognitive behavioral techniques or utilizing EMDR depending on what I think is going to most benefit my client at the time. A session with me is very interactive which allows us to get to what lies beneath the surface quickly so that any sabotaging beliefs, negative feelings, old patterns and wounds stop running your life. Individual or Couple Session: 75 minutes for $120/ 2 hours for $150

Phone Session: 60 minutes for $90
HypnoBirthing® Private Sessions: $395 for the 5 Session Series

I can fill out insurance forms for you to submit to your insurance company and I do offer my clients reduced rates if they cannot afford the full fee.
